February 27, 2006 — ST. LOUIS — Charter Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:CHTR) will participate in the Bear Stearns 19th Annual Media Conference on Tuesday, Feb. 28, at the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Fla. Neil Smit, Charter's President and Chief Executive Officer, will present at 5:15 p.m. ET, and the presentation will be webcast live via the Company's website at www.charter.com.
As previously announced, the Company will also release its financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2005 that morning. A press release reporting these results will be issued at 8 a.m. ET, followed by a conference call at 9 a.m. ET, which will also be webcast live via the Company's website.
Investors can access both webcasts by visiting www.charter.com and "clicking on "About Us, Investor Center" on the top right of the home page. Participants should go to the call links no later than 10 minutes prior to the start time to register. Each webcast will be archived in the "Investor Center" in the "Presentations/Webcast" section on the left beginning two hours after the completion of each call.
