Jill didn’t know that AOL email accounts are available for free, which can be used with any available high speed internet access service. Jill was afraid to lose her AOL Email address @aol.com while signing up for new high speed internet service.

Embarq DSL high speed internet users may be asked to migrate their email accounts from Earthlink to Embarq. Free Earthlink email available through Embarq will expire October 31, 2007. Embarq, however, now offers an improved email service featuring unlimited email storage and free Embarq Online Security software to DSL high speed internet customers.

Angela needed help with her Road Runner High Speed Internet web mail. Her Road Runner email account said that she was using over 100% of her capacity. Angela deleted many of her Road Runner email files, but still received the error message.

Betty cancelled her old SBC email account and transferred it to the new SBC Yahoo email, but was unable to login and view her emails for the new Yahoo.com email account.

Tom wanted to cancel his existing Juno internet and webmail account to sign up for one or our June internet and webmail special offers. Usually this won’t work, because special offers are for new customers, a way to help them try a service they haven’t tried before.

Francis has a problem with his SBC Global email account. When he sends mail through SBC Global email to his cousin, he gets crazy looking fonts and colors that he’d rather make disappear.

Duncan couldn’t get online and his Netzero login screen stated that his User ID and Password don’t exist. It’s possible that Duncan’s Netzero user account was not created properly, testing his Netzero email login is one way to find out.
