Linda had to re-install Net Zero dial up internet service but didn’t know how to get the free Net Zero CD-ROM disk. We gave her the link to the Net Zero CD official website, where it’s free for member to order the Net Zero CD. Of course Net Zero is free to download from our website as well.

Darlene’s parents live in the country where high speed internet service is not available. Whenever Darlene sends pictures to her parents, it takes forever to download the pictures through a dial up internet connection. We recommend that Darlene compress her pictures before sending, here’s the how to.

AT&T Yahoo DSL installation was no more difficult than setting up a dial up internet connection. Follow the Quick Start instructions, load the AT&T Yahoo DSL installation CD, answer a few questions, and I was able to access the internet in one sitting.
