This way you can get a different support rep who might have knowledge and experience with your issue. Hopefully your ATT Yahoo member ID wasn't the issue, that would be too easy. Check for Windows and Internet Explorer updates at http://www.update.microsoft.com. I would try to install the software on another computer before asking someone to come out for a fee.
