Netzero Free Internet Email

Download Netzero Free Internet with Netzero Free Email

I am having a hard time with Netzero on separate email with my wife and me. I have my own email in to which I have to share with my wife and the same with her I can also read her email. I want to have my own email separate from her so we don’t have to read each other email. I complained to Netzero about it and they suggested that I open another account and pay more so that my wife can get own email. Please advise me onto what is going on or if you do the same thing if two individuals (wife and me) will have to share emails.

Hi Mark, sharing an email account with your wife? I cringe at the thought, the privacy nightmares you two must have. Not that there’s anything wrong with it. I personally wouldn’t want to know what my wife talks about with her friends, most of the time anyways.

Always remember that “Internet Access” and “Email” are two separate things. Just because you access the internet through Netzero Free, Netzero Platinum, or Netzero 3G High Speed doesn’t mean you need to use the Netzero Email account services. Sure, Netzero dial up internet access has an equally good email service compared to others, however, there are plenty of reasons why you could use hotmail.com, yahoo.com or gmail.com free email accounts instead.

If you both wish to use the Netzero Free email service, try to create one new Netzero Free dial up internet access account. You can do this from our website or visit the Netzero support home page which talks about adding a free email account. (please report broken links)

After setting up the new Netzero Free account, from any computer in the world you both should be able to login at the Netzero Webmail home page. You can set the Netzero Webmail page as your “default” home page in Internet Explorer or as a “favorite” if that helps.

Failing the above, and failing your desire to upgrade Netzero dial up internet service, visit hotmail.com, yahoo.com or gmail.com and set up a free email address account there. The added benefit is that free accounts from Yahoo, Hotmail, and Gmail go where you go regardless of past, present and future internet service provider. You will find advanced features like Instant Messenger with Voice, Webcam Video and more. Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail will let you upgrade for about $19.99 annually for additional storage space and for use with Outlook or Outlook Express.

I don’t think anyone cares these days if you send and receive emails from Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail or Netzero. My go-to email account is a Hotmail account, only because I’ve had it for about 10 years now. Had to think about that for a minute. I do keep it upgraded at the $19.99 annual fee. I think it’s worth it.
