Hi Tim, we make it clear throughout the site that only your internet service provider has access to your account information. You will need to contact them directly. You didn’t say which dial up internet access service you are trying to cancel. If you are trying to cancel netzero internet access, please visit their support web page for additional information. Same goes for the other providers, please refer to your purchase receipt or search for “Billing” or “Cancel” on their websites.
